Refunds for digital services and platform work.

Overview

Deeptal primarily provides digital and business-facing services. Because our work often begins with planning, account provisioning, matching, and live delivery effort, refund eligibility depends on the stage of performance and the applicable order form, invoice, statement of work, or other written agreement.

Before service delivery begins

• - If a paid order is cancelled before Deeptal accepts the order, schedules kickoff, provisions access, or begins delivery work, eligible amounts may be refunded in full.
• - We may deduct third-party costs already incurred and disclosed in advance, including processor or banking fees where those fees cannot be reversed.
• - If verification, compliance checks, document preparation, or other agreed setup work has already started, Deeptal may retain the portion reasonably attributable to that completed work.

After service delivery begins

• - Fees for services already delivered, performed, consumed, or accepted are generally non-refundable.
• - This includes completed shortlist work, scheduled advisory sessions, delivered documents, approved time entries, completed milestones, and services already made available for use.
• - If a prepaid amount remains unused for an undelivered portion of the service, Deeptal may issue a partial refund or service credit, subject to the written commercial terms.

Approved refund method and timing

• - Approved card refunds are returned to the original payment instrument where technically available.
• - Approved bank transfer refunds are sent to a verified bank account provided by the customer.
• - Once approved, Deeptal aims to initiate the refund within 15 business days. Final settlement timing depends on the relevant bank, card issuer, acquiring bank, or payment processor.

Chargebacks, disputed transactions, and fraud

• - Customers should contact Deeptal first so we can review and resolve the issue promptly.
• - If a chargeback or disputed transaction is filed, Deeptal may suspend related access or service performance while the matter is reviewed.
• - Fraudulent, abusive, or clearly unauthorized transactions may be cancelled or reversed, and Deeptal may request supporting identification or transaction evidence where permitted by law.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights a consumer may have under applicable law. If a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right applies to your purchase, Deeptal will honor that right to the extent required by law. If you expressly request immediate commencement of a digital or service engagement, any statutory withdrawal right may be reduced or lost once performance has started or been fully completed, where applicable law allows this.

How to request a refund

• - Send your request to contact@deeptal.com.
• - Include the customer name, invoice number, payment date, amount paid, and the reason for the request.
• - We may request additional information reasonably needed to verify the request and the original transaction.
