What you will own
- Lead engineering teams through the full development lifecycle of complex data projects.
- Collaborate with client executives and product owners to define project scopes and deliver business value.
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and operational workflows within cloud-based environments.
- Build ontology-aware applications to support sophisticated data modeling and decision-making.
- Develop scalable software solutions using modern programming languages and distributed computing frameworks.

Fit
What we look for
- 5+ years of hands-on experience across data engineering, Databricks, Python and Spark delivery
- Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, ontologies, and operational workflows.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams within complex client or enterprise environments.
- Ability to work independently and manage high-output projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience with advanced data and AI operating systems.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or technical consultancy.
- Exposure to multiple industry use cases, including data connection and application development.
