Role overview
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of a modern SaaS platform. You will be working with a European client in the commercial real estate space, building software that transforms how companies manage contracts, workflows, and operational data. This is a product-focused, hands-on role where you will own the full design lifecycle — from research and discovery to high-fidelity UI and implementation support.

Responsibilities
- - Own end-to-end UX and UI design across web applications
- - Translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive user experiences
- - Design wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- - Collaborate closely with engineers and product stakeholders
- - Define and maintain a design system and UI consistency
- - Conduct UX research, usability testing, and iterative improvements
- - Balance business requirements, technical constraints, and user needs
- - Contribute to product strategy and feature definition
Requirements
- - 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- - Strong portfolio demonstrating complex SaaS / platform design
- - Expert in Figma (design systems, prototyping, components)
- - Experience working closely with engineering teams
- - Ability to design for data-heavy or workflow-heavy systems
- - Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
- - Comfortable working in remote EU time zones
